Hey Jesse,

I received the Fast-track applications for the Valleyview project in Maggie Valley. We
updated the Fast-Track application form in October of last year, which also included a
few changes to some of the sections and a fee increase from $480 to $600. Most of the
form is the same as the one from 2016 (I’ve attached the new form) but a couple of items
have changed.

Page 3 of the application now requires a selection for the method of solids reduction for
FM sizing under 4”.
Page 4 includes the updated setback parameters and separation requirements from the
2018 update to 02T.

If you could resubmit the following items:

Fill out and submit page 3 and 4 of the new application form for both the public
and private fast-track submittals (I can utilize the rest of the application)
Developers Operational Agreement: Please have the Developer execute the
updated form located here . He can fill in as much as he can and sign, and we will
fill in and sign where needed to attach to the permit when issued.
Submit checks for the difference ($120) for both applications or you can submit
checks for $600 and we can either return the originally submitted checks or shred
them.
