Suggs — NCG550473 — July 11, 2024
• At the time of the inspection, all permit renewal fees were paid in full.
• A site visit was conducted on July 11, 2024. The property was extremely dilapidated.
• Ms. Suggs was the only person at the property during the time of the inspection. Ms. Suggs is
elderly and has trouble walking and could not leave the front porch.
• Ms. Suggs pointed the inspector towards the system. As he approached the system, he didn't
notice a sleeping bulldog amongst the junk and rubble. When the dog awoke and charged at him, he
was able to outrun the dog's chain and the inspector left the property.
