On page 6 of the application please fill in the table the design effluent fecal and the permit limit. Response: This has been revised on the permit application. 2. On page 9 please include the dosing pumps for the chlorine disinfection, also include in the drawing and sizing calculations. Response: Dosing pump information has been added to page 9 and drawing and specification references are added as well. 3. Will there be any change to the dechlorination? Response: No change to the dechlorination process. 4. On page 11 of the application the PE seal is missing. Response: PE seal added to page 11. 5. How was the Peaking factor of 2.5 determined? peaking factor of 3.25 or higher seems more appropriate. Response: The 2.5 peaking factor was previously determined for the North Aeration Basin Replacement project, where the ATC was approved. The City currently has a reduced influent flow to the facility, but if flows are increased in the future, they are expected to be comprised of mostly industrial flows with more sustained flow patterns versus highly variable flows from residential and commercial customers.
