As requested on the phone, I have attached the permits that have historically been associated with the project
SW8 911001.Along with the permits, I have attached the renewal application to renew the permit.The permit
update form is attached so that we can have the most current contact info on our end.
I mentioned the idea of coming in for a file review. File reviews give access to the physical, historical file we have
for the project and would include things like the application documents,approved site plans, and other supporting
documentation.We can also arrange to have the file scanned at a copy shop so you have a copy of the entire file.
The fee associated with this option is$35/inch of the file.

any.

Post-Construction Stormwater Management Permit SW8911001 for the subject project expired on February 241,
2023. This is a reminder that permit renewal applications are due 180 days prior to their expiration per 15A
NCAC 2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules require that this property
be covered under a stormwater permit. Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to assessment of civil
penalties.More information about the Post-Construction State Stormwater Program can be found on the following
website: deq.nc. ovg /SW
Please submit a complete permit renewal form along with a$750.00 fee and other submittal requirements within
30 days. The permit renewal form can be found under the Post-Construction section of this website or at:

construction-2.
A file review of the subject project revealed that the permit holder has a new point of contact.Please submit a
completed Permit Information Update Form to correct your contact information which is available on the website

Dear Mr. Cox:
We have been retained by the subject client to update the impervious surface site plan
for the site. We are enclosing two (2) sets of revised plans and the original application
and one copy for your review and approval. This site is currently approved for 141,570
square feet of impervious coverage. Based on our on-site measurements, we find that
85,385 square feet of impervious area currently exists. This is made up of 19,400
square feet of building, 59,785 square feet of pavement, 5,385 square feet of concrete
sidewalk / pads and 815 square feet of miscellaneous impervious surface. This leaves
a future allocation of 56,185 square feet of impervious surface.
Based on our site observation it appears that runoff from all impervious areas drain to
the retention pond.
