To whom it may concern,
On behalf of Trinity Capital Acquisitions, LLC, please find the attached documentation to support the sanitary sewer
re-routing as requested by then property owner necessary to avoid conflict with existing physical site features and
facility operations. Permit Number WQ0045028 was originally issued on March 6, 2024 - this re-routing will not
impact FTA 10-23, except for reducing the sewer length of proposed 12" PVC sanitary sewer from 1,775 If to 1,770 If
(a 5' reduction)while continuing to follow NCAC 2T Rules and MDC. This project continues to extend an existing
sanitary sewer located within the Regional Airport property to serve at the Trinity Capital - Timber Tract development
site in Sanford, North Carolina.
The revised alignment continues to meet all DWR's minimum design criteria for sanitary sewer extensions.This
narrative continues to request zero proposed flow, understanding additional sewer permit applications will be
submitted based on NCAC 2T Rules for Light Industrial Warehouse wastewater flow rates once future projects are
designed.The proposed sanitary sewer line sizes are more than adequate to convey the design flow rates.

Good afternoon-
Following the issuance of the sewer permit identified below,we were advised by the airport property owner(supported by the City of Sanford,public
sewer Owner),that the approved gravity sewer will need to be installed in a different location than originally permitted. This is to avoid miscellaneous
existing features on the site,as well as to conform with future site improvements being considered by the airport. Note that no construction has begun on
the permitted sewer.
As reference,the permitted sewer is shown below as the red line,located within the existing sewer easement. The new(relocated)sewer alignment is
shown as the green line,located in a proposed easement. The new(green)alignment allows for the reduction of 1 proposed manhole;however this will
require an additional 28 If of 12"sewer to be installed(same material as previously approved).
Will your office require a resubmittal/reissuance of a new permit,or can we move forward with the new installation since the ultimate pipe length(and
manhole count)is so very similar to that already permitted(basically seen as a field change)?

ENGINEERING CERTIFICATIONS:
As noted in Section 11.7 of the Standard Conditions of the permit, an Engineering Certification and supporting documentation shall be submitted upon
completion of construction and prior to operation of this permitted project. Any wastewater flow made tributary to the wastewater collection system
extension prior to completion and submittal of the Engineer's Certification and supporting documentation shall be considered a violation of the permit and
shall subject the Permittee to appropriate enforcement actions.
Final Certifications must include plan and profile views of the sewer lines and force mains,pump station design calculations,and other items noted in Part 11.7
of the permit for the entire permitted project,even if partial certifications have been previously submitted.
FAILURE TO COMPLY
Section 11.10 of the permit notes failure to abide by the conditions and limitations contained in this permit;15A NCAC 2T;the Division's Gravity Sewer Design
Criteria adopted February 12, 1996 and updated March 2008, as applicable; the Division's Minimum Design Criteria for the Fast-Track Permitting of Pump
Station and Force Mains adopted June 1, 2000 and updated March 2008 as applicable; and other supporting materials may subject the Permittee to an
enforcement action by the Division, in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes §143-215.6A through §143-215.6C, construction of additional or
replacement wastewater collection facilities, and/or referral of the North Carolina-licensed Professional Engineer to the licensing board. [15A NCAC 02T
.0104;15A NCAC 02T.0108(b-c)]
PERMITS REQUIRED
You are reminded that a permit must be issued prior to construction or extension of a sewer system,and prior to entering into a contract for the
construction or extension of a sewer system,,pursuant to N.C.G.S.143-215.1(a).
