Former ORC, David Pharr, left his position on 07103/2024. Primary ORC for June and July reports is BORC Larry Lupton, with Bill Neeland managing weekly operations, data collection, and maintenance.
Beginning on 08/01/2024 system will have contract operators for ORC and BORC. Greg Spillman (1008006) will be ORC and Noah Deckard (1010626) will be BORC.
