I am guessing you are reviewing the modifications provided byCSD engineering for The
Preserve at Tidewater subdivision?
I have a fast track application for WQ0037696 received August 6th, 2024. This is a modification
for removing the flow from the permit and using the flow reduction for pump sizing with the
additional development included. The pump station was never certified. Here are a couple
things I will need confirmation for:
1. The necessary flows have been included on prior permits and no flow allocation is
needed for WQ0037696
2. The summation of the proposed flows on the permits you hold to be modified will amount
to what is proposed for the pump station in the FTA (.101 MGD)
3. The flow reduction requested is valid
I will issue in conjunction with you once your reviews are complete. I have 90 days from receival
before statutory. Let me know what you need from me or if I can help in any way. Cheers

Please find attached a pdf of the plans that were included in the submittal. As noted in the
cover letter and narrative, there was a Fast Track modification submitted to the Wilmington
Regional office for the third permit for the duplex pump station. Please coordinate with Jordan
Cocanower in that office with any questions you may have related to that permit. We need to
make sure that the flow is only assigned to the LPSS collection system permit and is removed
from the pump station permit (WQ0037696), where it was somehow duplicated.
