(Needs to be addressed ASAP) Weed control on the spray irrigation field sites need to be addressed before it becomes an issue. The facilities operating permit has expired. A,renewal package was sent into Raleigh's Central Office but due to the lack of response to the additional information request, the package was returned. At present the facility is operating without a valid permit. The permit issue needs to be addressed ASAP. The influent flow meter has been down for several months. Better records for flow estimates need to be kept and submitted with monthly reports.
