4612 Oak Hill Road (NCG551794)
Orange County
Dear Ms. Springer:
On July 18, 2024, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received a request for an
adjusted daily sewage flow rate (flow reduction) and additional supporting information
that would apply to the subject single family residential dwelling unit tributary flow to the
proposed wastewater treatment and discharge system permitted in NCG551794.
In accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0114(f) (1&2), the Division has evaluated the request
and based on the water conservation plumbing fixtures proposed for use at the residence
and the associated data submitted, the Division hereby approves for use by you an adjusted
daily sewage flow rate with the following conditions:
The flow reduction is applicable to the subject future residential dwelling unit only
tributary to the proposed wastewater treatment and discharge system.
The minimum flow for the future residential dwelling unit shall be 360 gallons per
day for the 4 bedroom residence.
• This flow reduction shall not apply to sewer extension applications and /or permits
for any other public or private organizations.
All other aspects of the permitting process remain unchanged, and all applications must be
in compliance with the statutes, rules, regulations and minimum design criteria as certified
by the owner and engineer.
