The Division received your request to rescind the subject permit. We do not object to this request.
Pursuant to the approval of this action by the Wilmington Regional Office, NPDES permit NCO090077 is hereby
rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the rescission action. No hard copy will be mailed.

Good morning Ed ... hope you've been doing well.
Sorry missed your call yesterday but got your VM regarding missing eDMRs for the subject permit for March, April, and
May. I am currently on vacation through next week with limited service but wanted to respond via email.
The permit was rescinded back in February — see attached letter. I did complete all eDMRs through end of February,
however shouldn't need any other eDMRs from that point. This should resolve any reporting issues, however I have
copied our team if you have any further questions.
