Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) On June 21, 2024, DWR_MRO staff conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection for permit NC0089273. The review included laboratory analytical data review. This review included verification of quarterly wet toxicity sampling, eDMR flow records and chemical analyses. The eDMR rereports were reviewed for January 2024 through June 21, 2024. All records appear to be complete. No issues were noted regarding elevated constituents. During the site visit, it was mentioned that the franchise may be sold in the near future. Please be sure that all change of ownership forms are completed and submitted to the NPDES permitting group once the ownership change has occurred. The records appear to be in order.
