detailed in section E-7(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)for notification requirements and corrective
action implementation;The site failed to submit the DMR within the specified time
frame detailed in section F-2 of the general permit; ND indicates"No Detect"as
reported by Pace Analytical Services for specific parameters that were evaluated by
the lab on 5/21/2024.
