I reviewed the last submittal. It's good to go other than a minor issue, as soon as we receive the outstanding item
I'll have the permit drafted up.
I've pasted the comment/response below, but all I need for this one is a calculation for the final condition of the
site showing the 10-year storm can pass through the riprap non-erosively using the time of concentration if the
proposed conditions. No update to the plans or anything is needed,just show the size/class of apron that was
shown on sheet P-6 is sufficient.

omelets shall be designed so thal they do r7ot cause erosion downslope of the discharge point

Plan sheet P-3 is front'the original engineer on the project and dates back to February 2008. This
sheet is not available in a final sealed version. I have provided the additional sheets P-4 through
P-6 the owner has been able to get from the original engineer and they are marked"Preliminary

culvCrt which vas installed in the 2008-2009 time period and can certify to the b st nfmy
pro fc.mional knowUge and based on a visit to tho*rite.on March 28, 2023 the riprap apron wa�
linstalled and I found no evidence ofdownslope erosion. The downslope drainageway was stable
and vegetated.
The riprap apron sizing is found near the bottom center of sheet P-6.
