I have conducted a preliminary review of the application and supporting documents for the subject application. In accordance with 15A NCAC 02T.0107, please provide the information requested below:
1. Mr. Scott Bowser is listed as the signatory for Clayton Properties Group, Inc. Mr. Bowser is not listed on the NCSOS as at least an officer of the level of vice-president, please provide documentation
that Mr. Bowser has signature authority. (NCAC 02T.106 (b)(1))
2. The Developer's OperationaL Agreement was provided using an expired form DEV 03-19. Please provide the operationaL agreement on the updated form DEV 12-23 (attached). This can be submitted
as an electronic copy.
Per 15A NCAC 2T .0107(e) please submit this information within 30 days.
