Via this e-mail, DWR/RRO acknowledges receipt of the information submitted (Fast Track Sewer Engineering
Certification signed/sealed/dated, the Certification Checklist, as -built plans).
Your information has been logged into our database and filed into our document storage system. Due to our delay
- acknowledgement of receipt is documented as April 9, 2024, the date of your original email. With this receipt
(and compliance as indicated by the certification) the permittee may move forward with operation as of April 9,
2024.
Please note that this permit has a high priority sewer line and as such is required to be inspected at least once
per every six -months and inspections are documented, per 15A NCAC 02T .0403 (5). This is also stated in the
Town of Clayton's collection system permit (WQCS00110).
This email does not preclude DWR from contacting you upon further review of the submitted information.
