Matt, per our conversation, please see attached photos of the area around/below Pond 4. They originate at the drainage at the southwest corner of the
pond/dam as noted beow, then hit the property line and go offsite from there. Let me know if you have questions on these. There was no riser pipe
structure observed within the pond itself.
Thanks,

Hey Matt, sorry to continue to pester on this one, just trying to see where we stand. This one would be able toavoid a permit once the AJD is issued, as we
are avoiding JD waters. We only need a buffer authorization on this property (see attached email from back in April from Debbie)
Just let us know what you find out
Thanks as always

Hey Steven,
Great seeing you today!
In accordance with our site visits this morning please note the following:
SAW-2022-00860 White Heirs Tract - Based on our observation in the field today, it does appear Pond 1 was constructed above the ordinary high water mark associated with
Stream D. And further, it appears Wetland W6 is isolated given its geographic positioning on the backside of Pond 1. As discussed, please provide a data form between Pond 1
and Wetland W5. Please also be sure to add all data points collected to the map. Lastly, please revised the map and legend to reflect the non jurisdictional pond and wetland.
SAW-2022-01008 438 Mailman Road - Based on our observation in the field today, Ponds 4, 5, and 6 are considered non jurisdictional features constructed in uplands; and above
or off-line from the natural tributary systems. There was no evidence of a swale or any type of hydrologic connectivity between Pond 5 and Pond 3; only a grassy field. It is also
evident that Pond 4 was constructed off-line of the tributary system located offsite. And further, it appears Wetland W8 is isolated given its geographic positioning on the
backside of Pond 4.
Please let me know if you have any questions
Best Regards,
Sam
