Mr. Snider,
This letter is the response for a Notice Of Violation (NOV) on 5/31/2024 issued to Wilkes County Airport,
Permit # NC0075078.
The Monthly Avg. for NH3 of 13.74
This was due to a defective blower. It has been corrected. The NH3 numbers were still high the first
couple weeks of June but has came back with in normal range since. On 6/19/2024 NH3 levels were
<0.1.
Due to the high numbers the first two weeks of June we will still exceed our monthly average for that
month as well. All numbers in July to date have been <0.1.
