Aqua North Carolina, Inc. (Aqua) offers the following response to the above-referenced Compliance
Evaluation Inspection, during evaluation on July 10, 2024.
Condition Noted:
11. Designated Operators. The PERMITTEE wastewater collection system is classified as a Class-
2 system. The Division of Water Resources does not currently have a designated certified Operator in
Responsible Charge(ORC)listed for the Governor's Club wastewater collection system.
Aqua's Response:
Effective July 30th, 2024, Ashley Klinger has been designated as the ORC of the Governors Club
collection system. Please see attached ORC designation form.
