Folks:
Good afternoon. I had a call from Brett Gillam at the Louisburg WWTP. He indicated that one of the pumps in
the pump station at the plant is down, and he is making repairs. In the interim, he has a bypass pump setup as
a backup for the remaining permanent pump in the pump station. He was just notifying us as required by the
permit NC0020231.
