(MARSOC) located in the former Stone Bay Rifle Range Area, Camp Lejeune, Onslow County,
North Carolina.Phase 1—Headquarters Building
Dear Mr.Shaver:
URS's submittal provided under our cover letter of November 30, 2007 has been updated. The attached
`Wetland Mitigation Plan Summary' drawing (original and four copies) has been revised to show the
location of the new stormwater management ponds. All ponds in the Headquarters Area have been
moved out of the lowlands, as requested. Additionally, per NCDENR requirements, the ponds will be
an infiltration type, with discharge controlled to the adjacent low areas. The exact pond structure is
currently under final design; however, the foot print of the ponds has been established as indicated on
the drawing.
A copy of the revised drawing will be provided to the persons on the circulation list below. Please
contact Robert Marszalkowski at 757.321.1214 or me at 910.763.8063 if you should have any questions
regarding the information provided.
Sincerely,
URS Corporation—North Carolina
