As requested on the phone, I have attached the renewal application, most recent permits associated with projects
SW8110227 and SW8101102,and the designer's certification form.
It was also requested that I provide the stormwater permits associated with the Town of Sunset Beach. I will list them
below. Something to note is that some of these permits are low density, meaning they do not expire and need to be
renewed like the high density permits.
SW8 150401—Sunset Beach State Park(low density)
SW8 171202—Main Street Sidewalk(high density,expires 12-14-2025)
SW8 940915—Sunset Beach Town Hall (high density but treated by an offsite pond, no expiration)
There are other permits associated with the Town of Sunset Beach, however,they are permits of exclusion, inactive,or
withdrawn. If you would still like these project numbers, I can provide them to you.

their expiration per 15A NCAC 2H.1045(3).North Carolina General Statutes and the Coastal Stormwater rules
require that this property be covered under a stormwater permit.Failure to maintain a permit subjects the owner to

resources/stormwater/stonmwater-program/post-construction-2. Also, it was noted in the file review of
SW8110227 that a designer's certification that the project was constructed in accordance with the approved plans
as required by the permit has not been submitted.Please include this with your application.

Administration
The Sunset Beach Administration Department is the nucleus of the Town Government. The
Administration Department Staff ensures that the Town Council directives are followed and
executed precisely by each department. The Administration Department Staff is responsible for
the safe-keeping of all Town records including minutes of all governmental meetings, contracts,
deeds, agreements, correspondence, etc. The Administration Department Staff also serves as the
liaison for the Town Council in regard to local, state and federal agencies, and officials through
constant communication, and by keeping abreast of amended laws, regulations, and
requirements.
