I just wanted to reach out quickly about this modification below. We accidently added Galvins Ridge Phase 1C lots
to the LD COC out there and not the Lots. We have now fixed this issue and will be removing these lots from the LD
COC. Do you just want us to explain this in the modification?
Also,I have heard it mentioned that modifications may be going away as far as adding additional grading permits to a
COO Is there any truth to that? We use this process all the time to add take down lots that are part of the same
project. We don't always but all of the lots at one time but instead have take downs. Having each of those be
separate COCs would be a tracking and reporting nightmare. Just wanted to reach out to see how true that was.
