Thank you for your response dated July 3, 2024 to the Notice of Violation (NOV) that was issued to the
North Carolina Department of Transportation dated June 13, 2024 (NOV-2024-PC-0386). The Division
of Water Resources appreciates the efforts that were made by DOT and the contractor to address the
situation and the corrective actions that were taken in the field to restore the impacted area.
DWR considers this matter resolved satisfactorily and no further action is required. Again, thank you for
