The Webster residence is located on the left approximately
0 . 1 miles south of Chilton Road ( SR 2692 ) . (Third residence
on left before the Brush Creek Bridge) .

The lot is approximately 7 . 8 acres in size and contains

The sandfilter system is located behind the home and above
the flood plain.

within a 1000 ft of the discharge point.

ditch approximately 1000 ft above Brush Creek.
PART II - DESCRIPTION OF DISCHARGE AND TREATMENT WORKS

sized for three bedrooms, the house only has two
bedrooms ) .

existing) : The existing system consists of a 1000 gallon
septic tank and a 390 square foot subsurface sandfilter.
5 . Sludge handling and disposal scheme: Solids are removed
from the septic tank by local haulers for disposal in the
nearest POTW.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The sandfilter system was installed at the Webster residence
on 12/13/84 . Observations of the discharge pipe on 5/27/92
revealed that the effluent was clear and that the system was
functioning properly. Please note, however, that disinfection
facilities have not been installed as required by Part III (D) of
the permit issued 1/11/88 . Mr. Webster was advised of this
requirement during the site evaluation and was given copies of
plan examples for a chlorination unit. He indicated that he
would have one installed in the near future.
WSRO recommends reissuance of the permit. The requirement
for installation of disinfection facilities (Part III D) should
remain in the permit.
