Inspection Summary:
On July 18, 2024 this facility was inspected for compliance. Conact was made with Senior District Fleet Manager William
Haddow. After reviewing the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the faciliity, it was found that the only item missing
was a list of significant spills in the last 3 years.lf there were no spills at the end of each year, record and document that
there were none. Also noted during the inspection was the need to better maintain access areas to outfalls. Site was found
to be in compliance.
