Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
Program has been implemented for 3 years.Dedicated stormwater staff introduced in January of 2024.We are now fully compliant on 84 of 105
items in our SWMP,and partially compliant with 19 of the remaining 21 items.Our program has strengthened significantly since January,and will
only continue to do so.

Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
Employee organization and responsibilities have been revised.I(Garrison Batchelor)spoke with Isaiah Reed on July 15th and submitted these
changes for his approval.
