The project is approximately 132 acres in size and is located to the north of Shallowford Road and west of Conrad Road, in Lewisville, Forsyth County, North Carolina. By letter dated July 26, 2007, we notified you that we had concurred that your revised plan received on February 9, 2006, includes a lake of reasonable dimensions (i.e. both length and width) for a waterskiing lake. This letter also requested that you provide additional information including a mitigation plan for the proposed impacts. To date, you have not responded to these requests. Without the requested information we cannot continue the processing of your application. Accordingly, your Department of the Army (DA) permit application has been retired. If you wish to continue to pursue a DA permit, you must first respond to the referenced letter addressing all the identified comments and provide the requested information. With the requested information, you will also need to re-submit your application for a DA permit for your proposed project.
