Box 128 Roxboro, NC 27573 Subject: Annual Report Review Permit No. WQ0021826 City of Roxboro Land Application of Class B Residuals Person County Brooks Lockhart, The 2023 Residuals Annual Report for the City of Roxboro Class B Residuals Land Application program was reviewed by WQROS staff on July 18, 2024. The report was received on February 28, 2024. A signed certification form was submitted and indicated compliance. The report was compiled and submitted by Synagro. In 2023, City of Roxboro collected and land applied approximately 215.06 dry tons of residuals from the sources listed in Attachment A of the permit to 6 fields listed in Attachment B of the permit comprising 62.6 acres. Attachment A of the permit indicates the facility has a limit of 1,800 Maximum Dry Tons Per Year. The annual report includes the Standard Soil Fertility Analysis for the 6 fields where residuals were applied in 2023. The current permit includes 13 fields available for application listed in Attachment B. Metals and Nutrients analyses were completed as required with no reported exceedances of limits. TCLP analyses are required once per permit cycle and were conducted during 2023.
