This is a request for an IC to fill 1.2 acres of 404 wetlands and 788 LF of Waters
(ditches). The consultant submitted DWQ stream assessment forms indicating that
there are two Perennial streams on site. Site visit on 12/17/07 determined that only
ditches are present on site. It is the recommendation of this office that the IC be
Issued requesting that only mitigation be paid for Wetland impacts only. If you have
