Box 338 Weaverville, North Carolina 28787 Dear Mr. Morgon: AL71.9AA IT IDEHNR Subject: NPDES Permit Modification Permit No. NCO085154 Ivy River WTP Buncombe County It has come to the attention of the Division that a typographical error exists in your currently issued NPDES permit. The permit cover sheet and supplement to permit cover sheet incorrectly states that the facility discharges to the Ivy River. The discharge should be listed as discharging to an unnamed tributary to the Ivy River. In accordance with this determination, your NPDES permit has been modified to reflect the appropriate changes. The old cover sheet and supplement to permit cover sheet should be discarded. All other terms and conditions contained in the issued permit remain unchanged and in full effect. These permit modifications are issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statutes 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina. and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. This permit modification becomes effective immediately. If any parts, measurement frequencies or sampling requirements contained in this permit are unacceptable to you, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30) days following receipt of this letter.
