Hi Ian
I found the breakdown in the IP form. Total stream impacts are 2550 LF:
fill 394 LF for dam, fill/culvert 102 LF for road crossing, and flood
2054 LF for lake. So, total fill impacts are 496 LF.
Since it's on the IP form, do you still need me to send you something by
mail? Just let me know and I'll put it in a letter this afternoon.

07-0156 vs 2 Cutter Creek SD and Golf Course. Issue the project with conditions.
The project is requesting buffer impacts to the riparian buffer associated with the
creation of Lake Nina for course play on holes 9 and 18. These impacts were
approved by Tom Reeder and are considered Allowable with Mitigation. Project
information was received in WaRO on 12/5/07 and the applicant indicated that there
was a copy sent to CO.
Buffer Impacts: Zone 1 = 0.62 acres (27008 sf) for golf course fairway and one
greenway /hiking trail
Zone 2 = 0.01 acres (436 sf) for a greenway/hiking trail
Total: 0.63 acres
Wetland Impacts: 0.025 acres of wetlands
0.17 acres of Waters
2550LF of Streams
Mitigation will be done off site at a location that has been approved by the COE
and DWQ.
Reference should be made that buffer impact are according to information submitted
on 12/05/07.
