Inspection Summary:
I spoke with Nathan Pipkin (site manager)about their plans for initiating permit requirements and he said they are working
on that at the present time. I recommended using what information they have already on the facility and updating to nclude
all new responsible parties and personnel along with incorporating any new or alternative practices or procedures used at the
facility that were not part of the previous business. The facility operates the same businessas as the previous establishment,
which is the purchase of scrap metal for recycling.
