above the flood plain. Soil has poor drainage.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This system was previously constructed by Mr. Paul R. Ellis.
Authorization to construct was issued on April 26, 1982 . This
office has no verification this system was ever constructed
properly. Mr. Ellis originally applied for permits on four lots.
Authorization to construct was given for lot 6A-1. This property is
located on lot 6A-4 . There are other dwellings on lot 6A-1.
This system is pumped regularly and is well maintained. No obvious
problems were noted. It is recommended this permit be reissued.
