Dear Mr. and Mrs. Tenoever,
Division of Water Resources’ Central and Regional staff have reviewed the application package
received on March 4, 2024. However, the Division requires additional information before completing our
review. Please address the items below no later than the close of business on June 28, 2024.
A. Condition I.1: This condition of the previous permit requires an engineering certification once the
planned abandonments had been completed. Have the following been abandoned? If so, please
provide an engineering certification:
1,200 gallon septic and pump tanks; subsurface sand filters; chlorination facilities; 2,000
gallon pump tank, and the 0.35 acre spray irrigation area
B. Condition I.2: This condition of the previous permit requires an engineering certification upon
completion of construction and prior to operation of the permitted modifications. Have the
following been constructed? If so, please provide an engineering certification:
1,278 gallon septic tank with an effluent filter; 1,278 gallon pump tank with an 18 GPM
pump; a 1,000 gallon recirculation tank with a ½ horsepower, 13 GPM recirculation pump;
a 600 GPD field dosing tank; an UV disinfection system; a 4,500 gallon field dosing tank
with ½ hp, 18.6 GPM field dosing pump; a rain sensor; a 0.43 acre spray irrigation area
Please be aware that the Applicant is responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North
Carolina rules and regulations. The Applicant is also responsible for any oversights that occur during the
review of the subject application package. The Division may return the application as incomplete pursuant
to 15A NCAC 02T .0107(e)(2) if any omissions are made when responding to the outstanding items or if
the Applicant fails to provide the additional information on or before the above-requested date.
