On 2/10/2017 I (Dan Boss) conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection at 1401 Golf Course Rd in
Avery County. The owner(Philip Hilldale)was present for the inspection. The property and
wastewater system appeared in good condition. There were no signs of septic failure or smell of
sewage. Mr. Hilldale had the septic tank pumped in March of 2016 by Triple T Pumping. The effluent
pipe could not be located during the inspection.
3/29/2017: Mr. Hilldale has located the effluent pipe and will monitor it for discharge.
