This request is for renewal of an NPDES Permi` }issued to Mr. Charles
Wolfe in February, 1981. A wasteload allocation wad performed: on the
receiving stream by our Technical Services Branch at. that time. The
results of that wasteload allocation indicate the need for a septic tank -
single subsurface sand filter - chlorination and post adrationrto
adequately protect the integrity of the environment here. Due to the
sparseness of population here it appears that this type of system would
be appropriate for this proposed residence. Therefore it is recommended
that this permit be renewed for a five year period with a requirement for
a yearly operational inspection to be done by the owner with supporting
documentation submitted to this office. The wastewater treatment facilities
have not been constructed.
