PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS The Asheville
Regional Office recommends that NPDES Permit NC0048208 be
reissued to Mr. Robert L Brashears. Past inspections of the
facility reveals proper operation. No discharge is occurring at
this time.
