The undersigned, EBX-Neuse I, LLC the Sponsor of the Neu -Con Wetland and Stream Umbrella
Mitigation Bank (Blackbird Site, the "Bank"), hereby certifies the following:
1. Lennar Carolinas — Raleigh Division, Michael Taylor has deposited monies with
the Sponsor sufficient to acquire 0.22 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank
for use on its Parker Ridge project (Action ID SAW-2021-02532), in Wake County,
NC, in HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
2. The Parker Ridge project requires a total of 0.22 Wetland Mitigation Credits as
mitigation. Of this amount 0.22 Wetland Mitigation Credits are being provided by
the Blackbird Site.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 0.22 Wetland Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger for HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is attached to this Certificate.
