proceeding as you propose. Please provide notice and photos of the
grading work and native herbaceous seeding, to be completed no later
than 11/15/2023. Further, please provide notice and photos of the

construction stage of the project, our 3rd party NPDES
inspector will monitor the stream and pipe for any
potential issues. The inspector is a CPESC and will
monitor the area during her current inspection
schedule, once a week and after each 1" or greater rain
