On November 5,2015,Andrew Moore of the Asheville Regional Office conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of the Webb residence wastewater treatment system. Mr.Webb was present at the time of the inspection.The facility appeared clean and well-maintained.The septic tank was pumped approximately three years ago. However, no records of the septic tank pumping were available. Records of the septic tank pumping events-should be kept for future compliance inspections. No issues were noted with the sand filter.The effluent pipe was not located. Mr.Webb indicated the effluent pipe was buried several years ago.
