Sir,
I have had a General Wastewater Permit for my sand filter septic system at 142 Cedar Run Dr.,
Reidsville, NC 27320. Certificate of Coverage is#NCG550133.
I have now sold this house to Tommy Stanley and I need to have this certificate transferred to
him in his name. My last inspection was on November 20,2014 with no problems found. Our
last septic tank pump was by Billingsley Septic in June of this year. I have continued to regularly
treat this system with chlorine and am advising Mr.Stanley his responsibilities with regard to
this. Dunn Septic in Madison, NC did the required Septic System Inspection required by the
buyers (Mr.Stanley)bank and it was found to be operating corretly with no problems found.
