FAST TRACK PERMIT RESCISSION
Please accept this letter as our formal request to rescind Fast Track sewer permit # WQ0043780 for applicant
Orange Water & Sewer Authority, Todd Taylor. The proposed sewer line was permitted as a public sewer main to be
owned by OWASA. They have stated a preference to permit the line as a service instead of a main, to eliminate the
public maintenance. The proposed sanitary sewer line has been designed and installed per state plumbing code and
serves one building which is below 50,000 gallons per day. Therefore the sanitary sewer line meets
15A NCAC 02T .0303 and will be permitted by regulation.
