acknowledges receipt of your renewal application for coverage under NPDES Permit Number NCS000530.
Please continue to comply with all conditions and monitoring requirements in your current NPDES stormwater
permit. As long as you have submitted a complete renewal request package and maintain compliance with those
permit conditions, stormwater discharges from this facility are authorized by that permit until the Division

Carolina Marine Terminal LLC (CMT) operates a facility located at 3300 River Road, Wilmington, North Carolina 28412.
The facility has coverage under an Individual NPDES Permit(permit number NCS000530)that is set to expire on

December 31, 2024. Savage Services (Savage) is the parent company of CMT and is assisting with the permit renewal.
