HI Bethany, We arejust tryingto close out SEC-069428-202 and remove it from our NCG01. There are still open land disturbance permits in that subdivision that are under this NCG01 permit as well. I hope that clarifies our intentions but if not, please let us know. SEC-069428-2021.There have been multiple modifications/lots added since the permit was obtained. If there are still lots open, this modification to close these and keep the permit is fine. However, if it's the last of the remaining lots being closed out, an NOT request is more appropriate.
