Hello Megan,
We have received your request regarding the reservation of 0.25 non -riparian credits. Our
bank has ample credits to satisfy your request and we'd be delighted to hold these credits in
anticipation of your future purchase. Please accept this email as confirmation of your
reservation.
You may forward this confirmation to any pertinent agency as proof of credit availability and
reservation.
When you're ready to finalize the purchase of these credits, please send a Request for Invoice
(RFI) document. Ensure the RFI clearly indicates the Project Title, ACOE Action ID, DWQ
Project, Entity making the purchase along with billing address, as well as any other pertinent
information and documentation regarding this purchase. After receipt of the RFI, an invoice
will be sent to the purchaser with payment and mailing information.
View the current credit prices at Mitigation Credit Rates. Hofmann Forest Mitigation Bank is
located within White Oak Basin or HU# 03030001; this is considered a Premium Rate area, as
such the current price of non -riparian credits is $101,624.40 per credit. Please note this
reservation will expire in six months on November 24, 2024. If an RFI has not been received
prior to this date, the reservation will need to be renewed or cancelled. If the reservation is
renewed, credit pricing will be updated to match the current rate schedule on the date of
renewal.
