In response to your Notice of Violation (NOV-2024-LV-0589), the Town of Vanceboro has moved the
backwash water into our Wastewater Collection System.
This process started on May 6, 2024. The laboratory has our new permit modifications, and everything
should be great moving forward. The Town of Vanceboro's goal is to provide safe drinking water to each
and every customer, while protecting water and groundwater resources by maintaining compliance with
all State and Federal rules and regulations.
