The above project is a low pressure sewer basin extension to the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority
system for a 10 lot residential subdivision facility located in New Hanover County. The low pressure
sewer piping was designed to accommodate future connections in the route from the proposed subdivision
to the existing gravity manhole for discharge. At this time, the wastewater generated by the project is
2250 gallons per day and accepted at the CFPUA Maffit Southside WWTP.
We are providing two sets of the Application, Flow Tracking Form, Plans, Specifications, and
calculations with modeling. Application fee of $600 is included herein.
