Richard, please see the responses in Red below: 1 - Is this an ARPA funded project? If so, please include the DWI assigned ARPA project number in your response. No this project is not receiving any ARPA funding. 2 -Section VI Item 7, the narrative indicated a clubhouse. Will there be a pool associated with the project? If so, please included in the appropriate section. The clubhouse is essentially an office building for the on-site rental manager and gathering space there is no pool on-site. 3 -Section IX.5 indicates the proposed project does not need a 404/401 authorization. Please verify why you would not need 404/401 authorization. There are no streams or wetlands on-site and no impacts to streams or wetlands therefore a 404/401 permit is not required. 4-On the FTSE 10-23 form Item 2, the project indicates there are no pumping stations between the project connection point and the WWTP? Update the form appropriately. Kyle Manning with the City of Wilson responded to this comment below. 5 -Topographical map and/or the aerial map provided are not sufficient. According to Section F of the Application Instructions, an 8.5-inch x 11-inch color copy of a USGS Topographic Map needs to clearly identify the project area, including the closest surface waters, general location of the gravity sewer, pumpstations, and force mains, and the downstream connection points for the receiving sewer. Also please indicate the direction of flow. The USGS Quad map has been updated to indicate the existing SS adjacent to the site along with the proposed connection point and the nearest off-site surface waters. Arrows are also indicated on the existing SS. Please let us know if anything else is needed. Thanks. Jeffrey D.
