Dear Mr. Hutton,
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a draft Nutrient Offset Plan (Plan) for the
Georgianna Site (Site) in 2023, for review and approval under the terms and conditions of the
Georgianna Nutrient Offset Banking Instrument (NOBI). The NOBI was made and entered into by
Wildlands Holdings X, LLC (Wildlands) acting as the Bank Sponsor, and the DWR on June 12,
2024. DWR staff reviewed the draft Plan and draft MBI and provided comments and
recommendations. DWR received a revised Plan and revised MBI that addressed all comments and
recommendations. The table below summarizes the timeline of the Plan and MBI:
