Sue, My self and Davey Resources Group did a site visit (June 13, 2024) for an AJD to determine if some of the wetlands are non -jurisdictional under the current WOUS rules (post Sackett case). The site visit revealed that most of the wetlands out there are no longer Jurisdictional. (Remnant Tract=15.2-acres NON JD) and the (Original Industrial Park project = 6.9-acres) I've attached both maps to this email. I might issue both of these tracts separate AJD's, since the Remnant Tract is apparently still owned by s separate group) I'm trying to keep this project simple and straight forward. I'm going to call the consultant on Monday to discuss this project. I think it will still trip the Individual Permit based on WOUS impacts being over .5-acres. The mitigation cost will be drastically reduced for the applicant. Respectfully, Gary o.
